Property search – We work with our network of specialist Property Search Agents who know the area you want to move to like the back of their hand. We would introduce you to them and let them draw up a shortlist of potential homes and you decide which ones you want to view. If you’d like, we’ll come with you, offering you our informed and impartial advice but our partners know their stuff
Preparing your home for sale – Having assessed your property internally and externally, we’ll put together and implement a plan to ensure the best first impressions for both the estate agents and prospective buyers
Managing the sales process – To save you time and hassle, we interview your estate agents, negotiate fees, chase contributors and make sure everyone is working for your best interests and to an agreed timetable
Managing the move – Based on pictures of your old home, we replicate your furniture layout as closely as possible OR can plan a whole new layout with you
Unpacking on move day – We can unpack for you and get you settled quickly and efficiently, leaving you to enjoy your new home
