Moving home is rarely just about the move. For most of our clients, it’s the culmination of a life well-lived in a home full of memories — and the beginning of something new. Our role is to make that transition as smooth and stress-free as possible, from the very first conversation right through to the day they settle into their new space.

Mrs and Mr S had lived in and loved their home of 45 years.
But the massive garden, stairs and many rooms no longer suited their needs, and with the family all having left, it was time for them to find a new home that suited their needs now and going forward.
Finding the place wasn’t the challenge….it was working out how to get there.
The new home had just three bedrooms compared to the six they have had. The new home had no study and the storage didn’t seem adequate. At this point it all felt like it was just too much.
A google search late one night led them to find us and we were able to step right in and take away all the stress and worry.

Our network of trusted advisors means we were able to access the right valuers and auction houses to sell the possessions they no longer needed.
We visited the new property and brought on board an expert carpenter and builder who would convert a bedroom to a study, create the much needed storage, erect a shed and adapt the bathroom so that it was suitable as Mr and Mrs S grew older.
We worked shoulder to shoulder with the couple to help them prepare their house for sale and reduce their belongings to just those they really loved and wanted to keep.
We transformed an over-flowing study of paper to one filing cabinet. We managed all the utilities and change of addresses with them and made sure that when they moved into their new home, everything worked and was ready for them. Overseeing the unpack and putting up all the pictures meant that the new house felt like home immediately.
If we hadn’t have been there to help they wouldn’t have moved. Mr and Mrs S’s lives wouldn’t have been made easier and problems would have been pushed down the track.
