Miss Chennells

Avril had decided it was time to move, but things were a lot different to when she last moved 40 years ago. She was worried she would get it wrong, be conned by estate agents and auction houses, not be able to deal with the legal paperwork, and hate people trooping through her house whilst she was there. Her neighbour contacted us and Debra, one of The Homemover team, became her surrogate daughter for the duration of the move. With Debra, Avril interviewed three estate agents that we had recommended and Avril chose the one she liked the most. With Debra, Avril completed all the legal paperwork including finding all the warrantees, planning permissions and title deeds. With Debra, she was out of the house for most of the viewings.
