Putting your property up for sale – When we are selliing your property – we will invite three estate agents to value the property and discuss how they plan to market it. Having negotiated the fee, we work closely with the agent you choose to ensure they are acting in your best interests at all times.
Working with agents – Estate and letting agents are always happy to work with us because they know we will see the deal through quickly, efficiently and professionally – putting you in an advantageous position.
Buying – When you’ve chosen your ideal property, we’ll do all the negotiating for you.

Avril had decided it was time to move, but things were a lot different to when she last moved 40 years ago. She was worried she would get it wrong, be conned by estate agents and auction houses, not be able to deal with the legal paperwork, and hate people trooping through her house whilst she was there. Her neighbour contacted us and Debra, one of The Homemover team, became her surrogate daughter for the duration of the move. With Debra, Avril interviewed three estate agents that we had recommended and Avril chose the one she liked the most. With Debra, Avril completed all the legal paperwork including finding all the warrantees, planning permissions and title deeds. With Debra, she was out of the house for most of the viewings.
