Mr & Mrs Wright moving out of London

Two small children and another on the way, the time had come to make that move to their forever house outside London. But where to move to? Mr Wright already had an hour’s commute from where they lived in London to Canary Wharf, so anything similar was acceptable. The criteria was to find a 5-bed detached house with decent size garden within easy access to parents in Surrey and Wiltshire, good schools both state and private, a good community and their hobbies included golf and horse riding. They had been thinking about Godalming, Reigate, Oxted, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge but having spent a Saturday miserably looking round unsuitable properties in Oxted, they were on the verge of giving up.
